We can only ship to United States, but if you want to purchase our product, please visit our global store.
How long will it take to deliver the package?
After checkout, it will take 1 business days.
What Payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal only.
What is the Deliver method? The estimated time of arrival?
We use UPS/USPS, it takes around 2-5 business days.
How long will be my order cancelled without completing the payment?
If the payment is not received within 72 hours, your order will be voided automatically.

Please contact us for a solution before open a return. Communication always is best way to solve problem.
Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Acrylic case must be in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with the shipment, since acrylic case is unsellable for 2nd time.
If buyer return it just because buyer don’t like it or bought a wrong item, it is buyer pay for return shipping fee.
Items returned under the buyer’s remorse: The return shipping fee must be covered by the buyer.
Returns that are the result of our seller’s error: Buyer will receive a full refund of the item as well as shipping charges.
Please be sure write your RMA number on the outside of the box in the return address listed below and return to our RMA Department. No returns will be accepted past the 14-day return threshold.
